{"id":36753,"date":"2024-04-29T17:59:22","date_gmt":"2024-04-29T20:59:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmactivavera.com.ar\/web\/?p=36753"},"modified":"2024-04-29T17:59:36","modified_gmt":"2024-04-29T20:59:36","slug":"36753-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmactivavera.com.ar\/web\/36753-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Una joven denunci\u00f3 una violaci\u00f3n grupal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tiene 19 a\u00f1os e indic\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron en la localidad de Avellaneda luego de haber concurrido al boliche.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El suceso se conoci\u00f3 el domingo por la ma\u00f1ana, cuando la joven -seg\u00fan trascendidos- despert\u00f3 entre unos arbustos linderos a la terminal de \u00f3mnibus de aquella ciudad y al notar lesiones en sus zonas genitales dio aviso al 911.<\/p>\n<p>La chica fue trasladada al hospital y por la denuncia se inici\u00f3 una causa que se encuentra a cargo de los fiscales del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Acusaci\u00f3n, Nicol\u00e1s Maglier y Sebasti\u00e1n Marichal.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n, en tanto, qued\u00f3 a cargo del personal de la Agencia de Trata de Personas de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaciones (PDI) que relev\u00f3 las c\u00e1maras de seguridad de la zona, entre otras medidas dispuestas por la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan trascendi\u00f3, la joven denunci\u00f3 que fue hasta un boliche en donde consumi\u00f3 bebidas con quienes podr\u00edan haber sido luego los agresores sexuales.
